Part 2. Kerry Cassidy is a researcher and a journalist who has spent years looking for answers to secrets we all wish to know. Fred Stuvek It Starts With You
Author, speaker and consultant Fred Stuvek joins Books in Heinessight to talk about his book It Starts With You. Fred was an all-state athlete in high school in Pennsylvania and then went on to quarterback the Midshipmen football team at the US Naval Academy, an honor he shares with Dallas Quarterback Roger Staubach. Fred Stuvek takes his knowledge from his sport and military background and applies it in It Starts With You. He is able to consult at the corporate and individual level and has a unique and tested method for improving productivity and lives.
