David Burkus - Friend of a Friend - Understanding the Hidden Networks that Can Transform Your Life and Career
Today we had the honor and privilege of speaking with author, teacher and podcaster David Burkus. We spoke about his books Friend of a Friend, Under New Management and The Myths of Creativity. We spoke about the ways he uses his background in organizational psychology to help instill channels of creativity in companies.
David is a best-selling author, a sought after speaker, and associate professor of leadership and innovation at Oral Roberts University. His newest book, Friend of a Friend, offers readers a new perspective on how to grow their networks and build key connections—one based on the science of human behavior, not rote networking advice. He’s delivered keynotes to the leaders of Fortune 500 companies and the future leaders of the United States Naval Academy. UFO’s Today: 70 Year of Lies, Misinformation and UFO cover—ups - Irena McCammon Scott - Part 2
Irena (McCammon) Scott is an American author and physiologist. She received a BS from Ohio State University, an MS from the University of Nevada, and a PhD from the University of Missouri in the Department of Veterinary Medicine. Her post-doctoral studies were done at Cornell University. She has been employed as an Assistant Professor (Department of Biology) at St. Bonaventure University, and has done research and teaching at the Ohio State University, the University of Missouri, the University of Nevada, and at Battelle Memorial Institute. In the second part of our two part interview, we discuss the bizarre Muiry Island incident in Tacoma Washington which involved Kenneth Arnold, a science fiction writer and connections to the characters involved in the Kennedy assassination. During the podcast, we began to receive electromagnetic feedback toward the conclusion which forced the interview to end five minutes early.
