I am truly honored by your interest in my candidacy. I am quite interested in your endorsement as well and I wanted to explain to you that I just have not had the time to complete the tasks on your questionnaire, but will do so within the next few days.
That being said, I will need every vote in Kitsap County, not just Republican, but all in order to send the message to Washington that we in this state are serious about debt (national and personal), immigration and the importance of a real education and skills training system as the most important national security issues we are facing today.
If you are opposed to the 12 measures of my Real Deal, and I suspect there are those in the party who will be, I will not feel personally insulted if you withhold or withdraw your support. My goal is not just to win, but to get these changes implemented immediately. In order to do that, I must cross the party boundaries on issues like drug policy and decreasing the demand for illegal labor etc, higher wages, unions, etc.
The Real Deal 12 Ways We Make Americans Great Again
1. Forbid US Government Borrowing
2. Free Tuition at Public Universities
3. Legalize Marijuana Use Profits to Pay for Free Tuition
4. DACA Amnesty in Exchange for a complete Immigration Freeze
5. Smart Labor Cards for Migrants Attached to Employer Bank Accounts
6. Mandatory Sentences for Hiring Undocumented Workers
7. Establish English as US Official Language
8. Break Up Tech Monopolies/ Defund Deep State Surveillance Platforms (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter)
9. Include Asians, Jews, Arabs and Caucasians as Affirmative Action and Protected Classes
10. $20 Minimum Wage at +500 employee corporations
11. Restructure Public Schools and allow Viable Alternatives to Parents
12. Establish the United States as the World's Education Nation
I know that might require some new thinking.
I will support, protect, defend and promote the Constitution and the rights and the betterment of our people, and not corporations or lawyers, in every decision I make.
If you have any ideas, objections or input, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Matthew D. Heines
