Steven Mays is a graduate of the US Naval Academy who was personally interviewed by and served under Admiral Hyman Rickover as a quality control officer for nuclear technology aboard a number of Los Angeles class attack submarines and later went on to work for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Steven Mays is now a corporate leadership coach and the author of Power of 3 Lessons in Leadership. Today we talk about leadership, Stevens experiences and whether or not there is a leadership crises in America today.
